- We do not charge taxes

- We accept checks
- We accept purchase orders
- We sale to US and Canada customers
- All funds must be paid in US Dollars
- We do not accept cash-on-delivery
Shipping Policy
- We ship orders within one business day
- We use UPS, Fedex, and US Postal Services for continental US locations
- UPS and Fedex cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes
- You may upgrade to quicker services for additional costs
- We ship to Canada via US Postal Services only
- We ship to Hawaii, Guam, Alaska, Puerto Rico, AFO/APO via US Postal Service only
- You must call or email us for orders going to outside continental US locations
- We purchase Delivery Confirmation or Insurance for our postal packages
Return Policy
- If your shower is UN-USED, you may return it within 30 days
- We do not accept returns from outside of the 48 states due to high freight
and/or custom costs
- We do not accept returns if your shower has been used for hygiene reasons
- We do not accept returns for customized orders
- You must contact us to obtain a return authorization
- Products you are returning must be in original condition
- Products you are returning must be packaged against shipping damages
- We will credit your account for the full amount minus re-stocking fees
- A 20% re-stocking fee is charged to all returns.
