  6. We sale to US and Canada customers
  7. All funds must be paid in US Dollars
  8. We do not accept cash-on-delivery

Shipping Policy


  1. We ship orders within one business day
  2. We use UPS, Fedex, and US Postal Services for continental US locations
  3. UPS and Fedex cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes
  4. You may upgrade to quicker services for additional costs
  5. We ship to Canada via US Postal Services only
  6. We ship to Hawaii, Guam, Alaska, Puerto Rico, AFO/APO via US Postal Service only
  7. You must call or email us for orders going to outside continental US locations
  8. We purchase Delivery Confirmation or Insurance for our postal packages

Return Policy


  1. If your shower is UN-USED, you may return it within 30 days
  2. We do not accept returns from outside of the 48 states due to high freight and/or custom costs
  3. We do not accept returns if your shower has been used for hygiene reasons
  4. We do not accept returns for customized orders
  5. You must contact us to obtain a return authorization
  6. Products you are returning must be in original condition
  7. Products you are returning must be packaged against shipping damages
  8. We will credit your account for the full amount minus re-stocking fees
  9. A 20% re-stocking fee is charged to all returns.
